Does anyone remember a specific and pretty old T1D computer game? Not Captain Novolin!

This is a longshot... I got a computer game when I was a kid from my endo probably in the early 2000s.

It was about a kid with T1D and you go with him around the day.... You start off in their bedroom and check your blood sugar, then you go to the kitchen and select breakfast and bolus. Then you go to school, blah blah blah.

I kind of remember the character having some spiky hair resembling Lisa Simpson or Rick Sanchez?

The game play was that there was a module at the bottom of the screen and you had a 360 view of the room you just had to navigate or something...

I don't know why this is bugging me but I really want to remember the game!
