Pharmacy got my prescription wrong..

I know I should stockpile pens because I need to learn not to trust people to do the right thing. Thought I had a spare at my mum's but I must have raided that stash.

I was coming up to finishing my Lantus basal pen, gave the pharmacy a call to order some more on Thursday for collection today. This left me with enough up to collection.

She ordered lancets. She said she forgot the order when she put the phone down and thought I said Lan-something, so ordered lancets. I don't even use lancets, my metre doesn't really need them. She ordered more Apidra, my bolus, which I picked up the other week. Just assumed it would be the insulin I order most. She's normally good but if she had doubt she should have just called me back!!

Idk what to do, it's not the end of the world but just means my bloods run higher than normal and I'm going to test double than what I normal do and keel bolusing up...

Anyone else had a similar thing happen?
