Hey all,
I'm currently at the start of a weeklong vacation in Spain with my girlfriend and am having some severe anxiety about Type 1 treatment in a foreign country.
I have lots of supplies, glucose, etc. but am just really freaked out by the different ways carbs are counted.
Any tips from those who have been in Spain or other foreign countries? Trying not to panic but am having a hard time.
