Dexcom G5 receiver is a POS

I have to rant. I'm so fucking sick of my G5 receiver breaking. I will be on my 4th in the ~8 months I've been using it.

First one had a hardware error, RMA. 2nd and 3rd kept bootlooping after a 2ft fall... It's a fucking medical device with no moving parts. How is it so fragile?

Does anyone else go through G5 receivers every few months? I'm very careful with it but sometimes it falls a foot or two. That shouldn't be an instant death sentence! The Android app can't come out soon enough... Until then I guess I'll buy a case for it now that I know they exist.

And yes, Dexcom support is great and they always overnight me a new one asap. Blah blah blah... I'm just really sick of doing this and it always seems to break at the worst time.
