FreeStyle Libre CGM-- questions for users (Type 1)

Hi, my Mom has Type 1. We live in the US, but she recently did a trial with the Libre monitor. The version that is available in the US requires her to go to the physician to have them scan the device and get all the data. I know in Europe, there's a personal continuous monitor that you can check that syncs to the skin device. I don't know if any of you have one here, but I am interested in knowing how you (presumably Europeans or Australians) go about ordering this device for yourselves and how long it takes to get it from the time you order it? Thanks!
