I normally take 15u of lantus at night and 8u in the morning. I just got off a flight in Amsterdam. It's 2am in the us, but it's 8 am in Europe. It's time for a lantus shot, but idk if I should take my morning or evening dose. I probably should have asked my doctor this, but I didn't even consider the time zone issues.
