My sugars have been racing upward recently whenever I do not have an active bolus. Normally my sugar drops around 5-10 points an hour, but over the last two weeks they trend upward of 80-100 hourly. I use a Medtronic insulin pump with cgm. I have moved my injection site multiple times and tried a fresh vial of insulin.
My sugars are typically really stable but I can't help but to be high recently and have been feeling sick due to this. Any advice would be greatly appreciaged.
P.S. Fuck diabetes
Edit: I've already adjusted basal rates up by 20% and have seen no difference. It almost seems like my pump is no longer giving a basal, but the units remaining is changing at the rate it should.
