You may remember this post (square wave bolus joke) from a few days ago, but I've noticed more and more weird oscillations in my son's blood sugar at night. Here's another example showing recovery from a low, settling out into an oscillation, and eventually a morning rise. It's weird, and it's happened noticeably several nights this week. He had a big exercise weekend last weekend, and I've noticed that he doesn't spike as hard/fast for a while after heavy exercise.
Any ideas what causes these weird oscillations? It's too regular, and happens enough, but only seemingly at night while he's asleep, that I don't think it's likely to be his sensor, but I'm open to thoughts on that front.
