I misheard my dietitian last time I was there and managed to get it in my head that I was allowed 6 servings of carbs a day total, including dairy and fruit. She said 6 servings of grains and starches. I've been going crazy half starving myself (vegetables aren't that filling) trying not to go over 6 servings of carbs just to find out I was way under my limit.
My A1C is doing better though. I also had my first eye appointment to look at my retinas and that was hell because I hate eye drops.
