Hello /r/diabetes. I've been a type one since I was 2 years old (I'm 19 now), and have suffered bad anxiety since middle school. My blood sugars are usually very good (in all my years I've only been to the hospital with DKA twice), but the one thing I struggle with is anxiety and lows. Its not uncommon for my stomach to feel very upset and to vomit when I start to feel very anxious, which happens often. If this happens during a low I'm really at a loss for what to do. I can't really eat because the anxiety will make me sick, but I have to manage the low. Anyone have any tips for me?
