Make up your mind, body. (Rant)

Recently, I have been working on losing the extra weight I put on after getting on insulin. I work out and meal prep and have been doing so for a few months now but today my body decided that it wasn't feeling it. I ate my lunch which was pre-portioned by weight and is the same lunch I've had for 5 days in a row and I took the same amount of insulin that I have been all week but for some reason, my BG skyrocketed to over 200, making me feel pretty icky. I figured that would be ok because I'd go home, have my pre-work out snack and get active to make me feel better. I start my cardio and after 13 minutes I felt weird so I checked my sugar and I had dropped to 64. For the most part, I am optimistic about my diabetes, even when I have my high days and my low days but it's the roller coaster days that kill me. Fuck you diabetes.
