Mother accused of neglecting daughter with diabetes
WTAE Pittsburgh Investigators charged Janell Ross with "knowingly" endangering the welfare of a child by neglect of care. According to the criminal complaint, Ross was trained in how to administer insulin and how to feed a diabetic child but simply did not so so properly. |
