Hey guys! I was just diagnosed with Type 1 early on in my honeymoon phase. About to get my second a1c done tomorrow (btw, can you eat before that?), so to my knowledge my a1c hasn't ever made it past 6.2%. I've only been diagnosed for three months. But I've noticed recently every time I cross my legs, or sit with my butt on my feet, or even have my arms in a strange position for too long, they tend to go numb/ fall asleep really quickly. I know neuropathy takes so much longer to do damage, but would this have anything to do with diabetes at all?
