The scent comes up every once and a while. I really like the smell. None of my family members are diabetics. I am not overweight. And this smell has occurred since yesterday. I remember this smell because about a year ago I smelled the exact same scent. But then it went away till today. I don't know if its my clothes, bed, or is it me that has the acetoneish smell.
MEDICAL HISTORY
About 2 years ago this problem started where I could not wear anything tight over my waist or else I would become gassy and have to use the bathroom. IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) maybe? This problem is still happening but is less severe.
Also I remember at one point I couldn't drink milk or else I would have diarheea. But that does not happen anymore. I can drink milk now.
Also I crack my back a lot and manipulate my bones in my back for them to crack. Because whenever I sit down for a while it feels like my spine and neck is stiff
Also my urine and when I pass gas it smells like acetone, a heavy vanilla smell.
