A while back I submitted my information to the ADA and JDRF to let them know I would be willing to help volunteer, I haven't heard anything, which I take as a GOOD sign that in my area they have enough volunteers. I reached out as well to someone I know who is on the International Board of Directors for JDRF directly and asked that she remember me if they need anything.
I am 5.5 months pregnant but still want to help! Any ideas on how to volunteer otherwise? I would prefer something clerical as I am not the most mobile person at the moment but appreciate any ideas for myself and others reading this thread!
