[Question] Is there anything we can do for diabetics in Puerto Rico?

Title states my question, but to expand:

Puerto Rico is facing major disaster right now. They have no power and limited communication, and a dam just burst leading to mass evacuation.

As a T1 going on 20+ years, this kind of situation sounds like it would be a death sentence for me. Does anyone know of resources specifically to aid diabetics in Puerto Rico?

I'm happy to donate to general aid as well, but I cannot fathom the terror a T1 would face in this scenario. I want to do something.
