Hi guys,
I was diagnosed about a year ago. During this time, I have been living in Japan and enjoying the national healthcare system here. But I will be moving back to America (Texas) in about six months. I'm currently looking for a job with health care, but I'm not sure I will be able to make that happen. Are there steps that I should be taking now to help me be covered as soon as I move back? I'm originally from Texas, but I had always been on my parents insurance or uninsured, so I'm really at a loss for where to start. I know if worse comes to worse I can get Walmart insulin, but that is really something I want to avoid.
