Since posting the first version of Build Your Own Dexcom Android App here, there have been almost 200 completely unique versions of the app built by many more form fills. This is awesome and is proof that Dexcom should build some of these options into the app.
As before, the apk built by this form will not have any device restrictions and will work with any android device just as long as it meets the minimum android version listed. I have made a couple updates to the form and the build process. It now has an option for which base app to use to build your custom app.
Currently there are three options:

G5 International (Android 5.0+). This is the stable version the first form used. It can be used for international and US accounts and supports MG/DL and MMOL/L.

G5 US version (Android 6.0+). This base version has been updated more recently by Dexcom and has a couple features not yet released in the international version. US accounts and MG/DL only.

G6 US version (Android 6.0+). The new G6 app. This should be considered an alpha build. The app will run on non-supported android phones, but I have not actually tried it with the G6 transmitter and sensors so some of the other customizations may or may not work. However, the code base is largely the same so I am hopeful everything will work.
There is also a new option for reducing the sensor warmup time to 10 minutes. If selecting this customization, please read the disclaimer in the form survey carefully.
