Almost no matter what I do, I end up with a high blood sugar after eating breakfast these days. It consists of 100g oatmeal, 15g Nesquik and 200g milk, with a total of 80 carbs. My insulin/carb ratio for the morning is down to 5 per unit, meaning I can't go much lower. I've tried taking the total of 16 units up to 30 minutes before, which has helped me, but isn't really consistent, and often results in a low blood sugar, or a high one anyways.
Do you have any ideas as to how I could fix this? Thank you in advance!
