All the symptoms yet normal blood sugar reading. Freaking out a bit.

Bit of rant, so sorry. Just need to get this off my chest.

I pee ALL the time, am always dehydrated/thirsty, my vision has gotten so bad (around -6.00 in both eyes), tired and always hungry. My mom has type 1. I have severe needle phobia. About a year ago I mustered up the courage to let her prick my finger one morning (even tho that terrifies just as much as needles) and my blood sugar was completely normal.

Advice? Is the normal reading enough to ease my worries? Or with all my symptoms (the worst of them being excessive urination, excessive thirst, declining vision and extreme hunger), and with my mom being type 1, is it inevitable (or at least fairly likely) that my normal blood sugar reading was some sort of fluke?

Also my mom did have gestational then was misdiagnosed with T2 and has now been diagnosed as T1 for several years. Not sure if that matters in terms of genetic predisposition.

The thought of needles makes me want to pass out. I feel like passing out right now or having a panic attack just from typing all this. Feel like I’m going crazy and idk what to do. I can’t bring myself to even get a flu shot, my phobia is that bad.

I have severe anxiety and maybe hypochondria so I’m not sure if I’m just overreacting. I’m not tying to turn this into a “Do I have diabetes?” post as I know that’s not allowed. I’m just so scared at the moment and can’t tell if I’m just letting my destructive thoughts snowball/catastrophizing the situation.

Edit: I’m a 24 yr old female btw. Forgot to add that while I haven’t had a yeast infection in years (like since high school), I have gotten a few bacterial infections. I was told to take probiotics and I’ve tried gels and stuff but it comes back often. Not sure if that is a sign as well (I know yeast infections are).
