Yesterday, I received the following SMS message from short code 26729:
"Congratulations on activating your Dexcom Savings Card. Please remember to bring your card to the pharmacy when you fill your prescription.
Your Dexcom Card ID is:
BIN: redacted
PCN: redacted
GRP #: redacted
ID: redacted"
From looking up short code 26729, I learned it belonged to Vitafol (https://usshortcodedirectory.com/directory/short-code-26729/). A website associated with it is www.pskw.com. With further searching, I found https://dexcom.pskw.com/.
I did not request a Dexcom Savings Card. I fill my Dexcom prescriptions through a Walgreens pharmacy and only last week refilled those prescriptions. So, I'm wondering if Walgreens requested this for me or if it is a coincidence.
Does anyone know anything about the Dexcom Savings Card?
