Thank you to all the T1D folk who responded to my last post. I have used your guys advice and it works.
Instead of ending my weight training at a high of 150-250 range, today I finished at 115. I'll take it.
2 simple tips I have utilized: 1) eat and bolus before work out. No more working out on empty stomach. 2) cardio before and after weight training. About 15 minutes before and after of running.
