OneTouch Reveal & Google Fit

I've enabled the connection to Google Fit in the OneTouch Reveal Android app, but nothing seems to happen. Honestly, I don't know what is supposed to happen since OneTouch doesn't say in any documentation that I've found. I event contacted OneTouch support via email, but after a week I have no response.

So what is connecting Google Fit in the OneTouch Reveal app supposed to do? I had assumed it would import my activity from Fit to Reveal. I've had the connection enabled for a little over 2 weeks and I haven't seen any data shared between the two apps.
