I was just diagnosed with diabetes the other day and am on medicine.
When it comes to the food side of things... I just feel so overwhelmed. I’ve been reading and reading about diet and it seems one website completely contradicts another. I’m coming to the conclusion that there aren’t any off limits foods, but that I need to set a “glucose budget” and make sure everything fits within that.
Do you guys have any recommendations for apps that could help with this? I don’t even have any idea what numbers I’m shooting for.
