I had a spare CGM, so now my (non diabetic) boyfriend is also wearing one

I was very interested in seeing the difference in our BGs, so decided to put one in his arm for a week.

So far I'm surprised to see he sometimes spikes up to 10 mmol/L (180 mg/dL) even after foods that I don't think are very high GI.

On top of tracking his BG, I also wanted to be able to report my findings (however unscientific they may be) to the community. For this I set up a nightscout in which I try to log his exercise and carb intake.

Hopefully you find this interesting too :)
