Went for my regular checkup today after 6 months. Even though my BG went slightly high (from 7.1 to 7.3), my doctor commented “I see consistency here. Good job and keep it up! But I hope you can bring it down slightly further..”
Hearing this put a smile on my face cause everything went well. But he didn’t know the mental health I’ve been going through.
I’m sick and tired of having this. Sometimes I feel like I cannot keep up with this any longer.
