Check these two stories out about price-fixing and market fixing within the generic drug industry. Just when you think you are getting a better price over the name-brand drug, these guys come along, fixing prices, amongst themselves, on over 100 different drugs. I, for one, am glad the federal government, and the 44 states doing the investigating, are investigating this cartel of drug manufacturers and bringing them to justice.
