What offers a cheaper long term solution, Insulin at CVS or insulin at Walmart (for those without insurance)

Walmart has ReliOn insulin that is regular and NPH.

CVS as per this press release: CVS Health and Novo Nordisk will offer Novolin R , Novolin N and Novolin 70/30 human insulin at a cost of $25 per 10ml vial, which reflects a potential savings of as much as $100 for cash paying patients.“

Not sure if it’s the same types. Any of these inherently better than the other?
