Feeling flushed heart racing fatigued

So I’m Type 2. For breakfast I had approx 1/4 cup of walnuts and 1/4 cup of almonds with a low carb protein bar.

Minus the fiber, total of the walnuts and almonds was approx. 4-6 carbs. Kirkland protein bar from Costco claims to have 4 net carbs. In total I had not more than 10 carbs. However, I ate this after about 15 hours from fasting for labs.

After eating not 5 minutes pass once I start feeling flushed and heart pacing for about 2 hours. Symptoms subsided but it kind of ruined my day because I feel fatigued now.

2 hours post meal sugar level was 107. Anybody have any idea what these symptoms are related to? Did I have a quick spike?
