To Pump, or Not to Pump...and which one?

Me: T1D | MDI | Dexcom G6

Would you guys recommend jumping on the pump train? I've been looking at the t:slim X2 (especially now with Control-IQ) and Omnipod (due to the lack of tubes), but I'm hesitant to move on from MDI because my A1C is decent already (5.9).

What are the pros/cons of moving to the pump? Should I take the plunge?
