My mom is type 1. She mostly eats whole foods / clean diet. It’s easier for her to manage blood sugar that way and with low carb recipes. I ate paleo with her for a while and found a lot of good recipes, but I want to make something new for her. What’s your favorite go-to?
Bonus points if people who have a more “normal diet” (looking at you with your kraft mac n cheese, dad) can enjoy it too!
