I am a 23 years old male with diabetes type 1, for quite some time I've been struggling with this matter so I'd appreciate it if you guys can share your plans i.e:
1- whats the diet plans that works best with diabetes?
2- Getting maximum results when it comes to gaining muscle mass.
3- how would weight/fat loss be best approached?
4- is there any supplements that might help further achieve my goals while being diabetes friendly ?

so my current weight is 97 Kg and I'm 184 cm and what I'm trying to achieve is to bring down my weight down to around 85Kg while keeping my fat percentage on the low side.
