Hey, I'm a 16 year old and I've been diabetic for almost 5 years now, but, from January to late March I had been using a CGM and with the pandemic my parents can't afford to drop a lot of money on it now. So, with the CGM I had all the info I needed when it was about time to sleep, if I was in range, how was my graph throughout the day and the tendency line so I could know if I had to eat some sugary foods before going to bed. But, since I'm using a "normal" monitor (Accu Check Active) I don't have that info anymore, and when night hits, my glucose is about 140mg/dL ( 7.8 mmol/L) and about one hour later I'm going about 60mg/dL (3.3mmol/L) and dropping. I've woke up several times about 2/3AM soaked in sweat and now I'm pretty scared to go to sleep because somewhere in my mind I know that i might not wake up when I'm low and then I don't know what might happen to me. I'm just writing this to see if anyone has ever had a problem like this before and to know how to resolve it, since it has been affecting my school performance now. Thanks in advance and sorry for any mistakes, english is not my first language.
