To start off I used to weigh 230 in 2016, over these past few years I started to lose weight. Didnt think much of it bcz i had stopped eating all the time and depression was kicking my ass so i thought it was just that.
Started to get more symptoms that were unexplained and so I got checked out. Type 1.
Now after all this weight loss I'm now down to a whopping 143. I am now super self conscious of my body and the shape of my face. I lost all muscles tha I once had. I'm a weak twig. I cant pick up my girlfriend anymore, I have to ask for help picking things that I would normally have no issue at all with. I'm pathetic.
So if anyone has any tips on gaining weight without making my sugar sky high please let me know.
