I was recently (around 3 months ago) diagnosed with pre-diabetes and started making necessary life style changes like practicing better portion control and watching my carb intake. So in those three months I’ve gone from 147-133 and in relation to the lifestyle changes I made I feel like this weight loss has been too rapid and is actually a sign of the onset of diabetes. What was your weight loss like before you were diagnosed? Does my case seem like my problem has developed further?
