Hello. My brother (30y.o.) last month got diagnosed with diabetes t1 and coeliac disease and we found he’s really struggling with meal prep and just mental health atm (make sense, since last 30 years he was able to eat sweets and enjoy some beer now and then). So I thought it would be cool to gift him some recipe cook book to make it a little bit easier, but I couldn’t find anything interesting. Can someone recommend me some decent t1 diabetes cookbook please?
