Diagnosed with T1 in fall last year. Been using a onetouch select plus glucose meter since diagnosis, along with novorapid and toujeo insulin.
Today I discovered something pretty cool, I've been keeping track of my glucose levels through an app on my phone, but I've always wondered what the micro usb port on the side of the meter was for. Today I decided to plug it into my pc, turns out that onetouch has software to obtain the measurements from your meter through that micro usb port. Jeej for less work right? :) it's probably pretty obvious to more seasoned diabetics here, but I'm still learning every day and although loads of lessons totally suck this one was pretty cool to me as a techie.
