Not quite the pancreas...

A funny story:

Watching my friend's 5 year old for a minute and he points to my dexcom and asks me what it is. He's not the kind of kid who will listen to or understand a complex answer so I show him the receiver and explain I'm missing a part inside near my tummy that helps me digest food and the dexcom helps me manage that.
He thinks about that for a minute. "You're missing a part near your tummy? " "Yes, it's called the pancreas, which is an organ near your tummy that helps you eat food like that cookie you've got!"

He nods sagely, "Oh, yes I know what you're talking about. It's because you're female. They don't have that part. "

Not quite, kid, but good guess!
