For most of my T1 diagnosis (5 years ago aged 34), I've rotated my injections around my stomach. I've been focusing more on my fitness recently, most specifically my abs, and had noticed that I had two (small) fat lumps either side of my belly button.
A month or two ago I decided to switch my injections to my bum. The stomach fat lumps have been slowly disappearing.
I had to get used to a different insulin rate from the different injection site, but happy I switched.
