Type 2. I lifted weights yesterday afternoon and walked 30min in the evening. I took my medicine as scheduled. My glucose started off fine this morning but is super high after breakfast (leftovers: homemade Indian curry with shrimp, broccoli, onion, carrot; coffee with Splenda).
glucose readings:
post-dinner (yesterday): 131
pre-breakfast: 89
post-breakfast (2 hrs): 241
What else do I need to do? This is so frustrating.
