A friend of mine has been a type 1 diabetic for over ten years now, but recently she's having trouble with the nightly amounts of lantus she has to inject. She also uses humalog as her fast-acting insulin. She wants to be better about her sugar levels and asked me for help. I told her that the lantus amount shouldn't change as often and that's why I came here for help. Maybe someone has had experience with this because her diabetic doctor isn't currently as helpful on the subject.
