The frozen shoulder discussion from last week.

Saw my physical therapist again and discussed frozen shoulder. He said that since it isn't frozen yet (phase 1) by continuing to stretch and keep it moving I can avoid phase 2. This was a huge relief to me because when I read up on it, I thought it was inevitable and just moved into the next phase. I hope he is right and it motivated me to be strict about stretching. He mentioned that a lot of times people do what we normally do when injured and rest the injury and that this is one of those cases where rest does more harm. Would love to hear from anyone else about this. I have imaging scheduled for next week and hope to discuss with Dr. soon.
