Hi, I am a 24yr old F. Newly diagnosed Type 1, I have severe cramps around this time of the month and was feeling like I am dropping in levels a lot. Does anyone know if its relate? Maybe I should try eating a little more during this time.. Just at work right now, so thought I would post here.
