Help! I need advice. No insurance

Hey, my name is Cody. I'm a 20 year old male that that lives in North Carolina. Recently lost my medicaid. I don't have any insurance and currently can't get any. I weigh over 300 pounds and it's hard for me to work.. I'm not trying to make it sound as in excuse. I've been working on losing weight! Is there any company's or sites that I can go to for a person without insurance. I used my last insulin today. I still have lantus. The financial aid I'm currently on isn't helping me. I use a lot of insulin. One unit for every 4 carbs. It's insane. I'm supposed to get 6 insulin pens a month. I've only had two since May and they are acting like I've used a ton. I really need help and any advice on low carb foods for picky eaters. I will have to try my best to stay on zero to little carbs and drink as much water as possible. Any comments on motivation and advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm a good guy and just wants what's best. I want to be healthy and not to worry about my insulin. I never thought of the consequences on eating so many carbs and using so much insulin. If I didn't I'd have extra insulin pens to spare. I will change from here on out. I know this post was supposed to be me asking for help but I also wanted to vent. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for reading/listening to me.
