There was a screw up by Edgepark (perhaps one of the most annoying medical supply companies in existence) with my pump supplies. I was out of reservoirs due to this mix up, and while I can re-use them, this is not recommended. I called Medironic, to see if I could get several "emergency" reservoirs. I was told these were "out of stock", but they were willing to sell me some at full price. I declined. I will just re-use them until I get the now on the way, order. My point however is, why offer or claim as they do, to be able to help during a supply emergency, when they don't even keep the desired items (in the emergency size) in stock. I'm pretty disappointed - but not surprised. Oh well.
