Pump cannula and sweat

It's quite warm now and I like commuting with a bike. My problem is sweat. I connect the cannula needle (steel) with the included sticker and with a quite good quality skin tape bought from a diabetes store; meant for protecting the cannula. I've had three mornings now when after 15 minutes of biking I sweat enough to disconnect the tape, leaving me with no insulin until I get to the office.

Do you have any tips how to prevent this? When I get to the office, I take a new cannula and use the same piece of tape. Now it works fine until the next morning (even another commute with a bike). I think I'm doing something wrong here and using 2-3 cannulas per day is a bit too much.
