I'm posting on behalf of my Mum who has had T1 for 25 years and has always struggled with management. Lately shes been really good at monitoring her sugars, taking readings every few hours and recording them in a little leaflet style book she got from the diabetic nurse. This little book is ok but the columns are really small and she has bad eyesight (Thanks, Diabetic Retionopathy!)
I've been looking online for a nice, durable journal I might be able to buy for her? Requirements are:
-Ships to the Uk
-Has Columns/Boxes for blood sugar before and after each meal in the day
It'd be a bonus if it was pretty or patterned and had space for notes for her to put the amount of carbs in the meals she eats frequently.
