I have read so many anecdotes and personally lost over 40 lbs, got more defined on a ketogenic diet. I have been on and off the cheese basically due to self formed fears of it being imflammatory.
However, I am reading so many reports about cheese helping lower insulin resistance. What's your take on this. Personally, I don't have any issues with cheese in terms of weight gain or bloating unless it's some crappy store brand cheese. European ,artisan and hard cheeses from creamery do just fine.
