Ok so I am 18 year old about to go to college and I was diagnosed with Prediabetes. I don't want to feel bad for myself because I know I did it to myself and I don't want it to hold me back from fixing my issue and not being of risk of actually having Type 2 Diabetes. I wanted to ask you guys and gals for advice because I don't know where to start.
I really need help with dieting and portion control. For a majority of my life I have tried to diet and control what I eat but eventually I lose motivation really fast and I go down in another spiral and it keeps happening and happening. Then I eventually get depressed and put myself down for how I look and how others look and a lot of things. I have started to exercise by running or doing some form of vigorous exercise each day and I find it fun and relaxing.
I just need help because I don't know what to do and I don't know where to start. I do want to change I really want to.
