I just moved to Denver, CO a year and a half ago. My 2nd week here I went skiing in 34-degree weather and got frostbite on my nose. It took months to heal. Then I started realized tingling in my hands and feet, they would turn purple. I go hiking and the higher I would get the worse I feel. I just was diagnosed last week and now I am so scared to do anything outdoors. Just thinking about hiking or skiing gives me anxiety. Does anyone live in high altitudes and does it affect you? Is there certain gear I should be looking into?
